Holiday Braided Updo

Step 1 - Shampoo the hair.

Step 2 - Blow dry the hair in a downward motion to create a straight-haired look.

Step 3 - Part the hair across the apex of the head

Step 4 - With a rubber band hold the front part out of the way 

Step 5 - Use gel to slick the rest of the hair into a slick back ponytail.

Step 6 - For the front part using a rubber band tie it in a ponytail.

Step 7- Do a three strand braid and fan it out to look like a tree. 

Step 8 - Using another hair bow tie, the braid to the rest of the hair to match up with the ponytail.

Step 9 - Take a strand of hair and wrap it around the bows that are visible and hold the ponytails.

Step 10 - Use holding spray to lay down any flyaways.

Step 11- Using a curling iron bump the ends of the ponytail to form a fan bun.

Step 12- Using a curling iron, holding spray and a rattail comb, lay down any flyaways.

Step 13 - Add decorations.
