Bright, Crazy Holiday Hair

My inspiration was to create bright, crazy, fun holiday hair. 

Step 1. Shampoo the hair.

Step 2. Comb the hair and part it in half horizontally.

Step 3. Take a headband and wrap 6 inch pieces of wire off the headband in all different directions. Put the headband on the head where the hair is parted.

Step 4. Tie the hair on the wire, spraying each one.

Step 5. Decorate.
